A simple dry rub I use when I smoke baby back ribs
Ingredients
1/4cup Dark Brown Sugar
1tbsp Kosher Salt
1tsp Black Pepper (Freshly ground if possible)
2tsp Smoked Paprika
2tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Onion Powder (Choose a nice fruity olive oil you would want to eat on its own with some bread)
